Four Netflix Originals are poised to leave the streaming service in August. This marks the exit of several international productions across multiple genres. The lineup includes a Russian sci-fi series, a Belgian drama, a Colombian crime thriller, and a stand-up comedy special.

Several Netflix Originals are also scheduled to depart the platform throughout August 2026. Here’s a closer look at the displays leaving this month: Better Than Us (Seasons 1–2) – The Russian sci-fi series Better Than Us will no longer be available on Netflix after August 16, 2026. Dropped in 2018, the story follows a family that finds itself at the center of a dangerous chase after becoming connected to a highly advanced robot.

Paulina Andreeva leads the series as Arisa, alongside Kirill Käro and Aleksandr Ustyugov. The show also holds a rare 100 percent critics’ rating on Rotten Tomatoes. Langston Kerman: Bad Poetry (2024) – Langston Kerman: Bad Poetry will leave Netflix on August 20, 2026.

Directed by John Mulaney, the stand-up special features the comedian sharing stories about raising his son, teaching difficult teenagers, and helping his mother-in-law with modern dating. Under Fire (Season 1) – The first season of the Belgian drama leaves Netflix on August 24, 2026. The series centers on firefighters at East Bank Station as they balance dangerous rescue missions while navigating their personal and professional lives.

Louis Talpe, Lien De Graeve, Wouter Bruneel, and Ann Tuts lead the cast. Undercover Law (Season 1) – Netflix will remove the Colombian drama Undercover Law on August 31, 2026. First dropped in 2018, the series follows three undercover agents.

They risk their own lives along with their loved ones while taking on dangerous criminal organizations. Viña Machado, Luna Baxter, Juana del Río, and Valeria Galviz star in the series.
